Betul Ustaz. Ini semua mainan media untuk menanam Islamophobia dikalangan bukan Islam dan kebencian terhadap Islam kepada muslim yang cetek ilmunya.
Sama seperti kes, jika orang yahudi tinggal di negara Islam, mereka hidup dengan aman. Bila orang Islam hidup di negara yahudi, orang Islam diinjak-injak semahunya. Orang yahudi hidup aman dan damai di bawah payung kerajaan Othmaniah, Abbasiah dan sebagainya.
It is true that the media manipulate certain issues. Name any media outlet it is bound to be biased. So much for freedom of press, more like freedom to lie.
One thing for certain, there are some muslims that claims to be doing a certain thing by citing islamic rulings. These are the people that make a bad name for Islam. It is hard to blame wholly to the media when there are some people that give bad image to Islam.
What we Muslims should do is launch a public relation campaign to improve our image. Many of us have diverted from the true teachings of Islam. Let the world know that Islam do really mean peace.
